Mark Ten Developments Ltd., as well as being a land development company, has a strong Project Management/Design Build Division. This division is comprised of motivated professionals who approach Project Management with a broad perspective and a rich variety of background experiences.
Through a series of long-standing relationships with consultants, lenders, civic officials and community members, Mark Ten Developments Ltd. Project Management executives endeavour to incorporate innovative concepts and fiscal responsibility into every project, be it residential, commercial or industrial.
The Project Management team led by Warren Longpre provide day-to-day supervision of projects backed up by the strong accounting team of Tyler Neels at Grant Thorton who provides financial budgets and day-to-day cost accounting.
Project Management continues for completed projects. Our Design Build team comprised of Steve Babiak (Architectural/Design) and TWS Engineering Ltd. provides innovative yet practical solutions for design build projects.
Projects have been completed throughout Western Canada with strong emphasis on the North Country with particular experience in the Ft. McMurray and Edmonton area.
