Warren Longpre, B.Comm.
President and Director of Mark Ten Developments Ltd. and is responsible for initiating projects, arranging financing, and overseeing construction for all commercial/residential development. With a 40-year career in the real estate and property development industry, Warren has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of real estate development.
Glenn Walsh, P. Eng.
Director of Mark Ten Developments Ltd. as well as owner of several corporations doing business in Western Canada with sales volumes ranging from $50 to $150 million annually. Projects include highway maintenance, oil sands development, mine development, industrial plants and hydroelectric facilities.
